What do you like best about SAP Concur?

Concur is hassle-free and super intuitive and easy to use. When I book travel for visitors to my company, it's so easy to book travel and process the expenses. We are now using Concur to manage international travel, too. When I book travel for guests coming to my company's office, I have heard great feedback on the ease of using Concur. What do you dislike about SAP Concur?

Support is terrible, I mean really bad. It took 1 year to get implemented properly. There is a complete lack of ownership. We're trying to make a change to the credit card feed now and they want to charge us an excessive amount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
